So far we have had 44.8 inches of snow fall in our area this year. There will be light snow friday night and another light snow for sunday into monday, but the next forecasted big snow won't be until this tuesday. Our temps are going to remain cold so I may have to snowblow paths for Rocky in our back yard. Look forward to many more winter wonderland pics from Rocky this year!!!

It's cold outside and as I sit at the dining room table using the portable computer, Molly is sunning herself by the sliding glass door. One of the squirrels came down the tree on the deck and hopped up on the little pond. It ran along the railing until it was probably less than 10 feet from Molly. They sat there for about 5 minutes just looking at each other. Wish I had my camera near by.

Love the shots!

Marie, your bird feeder looks like it would not hold any more snow at all.  I love the snow doughnuts all over your backyard covering your round furniture.

Love the river shot too.  Can you say BRRRR?

Plowed again yesterday. We had just got about another foot. Still below zero since Sunday. Brrr is right. Tried to get some more snow pics but the camera wasn't working. I think it was too cold for even that!

Great pic. Does she chase you down the hill? Ours love to chase my kids down the huge sledding hills here! Sometimes Mocha will actually grab ahold and pull one off!

These pictures were by our house.  The mountians are a home away from home for us though.

Our son and his family are building a house in Morgan, Utah. I love your state and can't wait until he has a fence so I can bring Molly out to play in the open spaces.

This is what we did this weekend. 30 of us on sleds, we went 180 miles, not so bad except on Thur. I fell on my butt & I think I broke my tailbone but I went any ways. Was pretty painful when we hit bumps Going to the DR today

my sled

Yea the XLT is mine & the hubby has a Trail! Not bad for a 55 year old lady, LOL Its awful heavy though, I bought it from my son a few years ago, I think its a 98, if i get stuck I have to just wait for the guys to get me out! I am thinking of getting a Classic. We live 40 miles from the Polaris Factory & about 100 from the Arctic Cat Factory so that's what you see the most.

Tucker ,

I had to chuckle.....I know my pic isn't winter wonderland...BUT yours reminded me of

"OUR SLED GROUP"

I had heard that you snow sled folks even have POKER RUNS....

My sled is the Harley Deuce ( black )  just above the bike I cut off in the pic

we did get a 1/2 inch of snow last night..

BRRR, it's so cold here today -40 degrees (that's both in Deg F and Deg C) with the wind - that's a real cold arctic wind. NO dogs outside today. NObody outside today. Just laying by the fire.

BigMac I love the mountian pictures. Makes me want to take Juno out for a toboggan chase. If only he would pull us and the sled back up the hill.

Stay warm eveyone.

Tucker... my brother and his fiance go snowmobiling often in the UP!  :-) nice pics.  I have absolutly nothing to contribute to the winter pics being in FL....but you guys make it seem so beautiful I forgot how much I hate the cold (just for a minute)

Boy you are a little low on snow. I remember one January when my younger son and I flew into Minneapolis at night and then drove to Bemidji through the woods. There was no snow then but I do remember that it was as dark as the inside of a boot driving through those woods. We kept seeing signs to look for snowmobilers but there was no snow. Is that a Cardinal in the tree? Nice looking picture of Gunner.
