Hello! Been awhile since I've been here to post. We've been extremely busy around here. Plus, we've had a crazy winter. A couple weeks ago we had an inch of ice and were without power for 31 hrs. Then a few days later we got 8 inches of snow, about a week after that we got 3 or 4 more inches...and now tomorrow we're supposed to get 5 or more. Craziness!! Anyway! Bo is doing really well. He's a smart boy with a ton of energy. I think he's really gotten the hang of going outside to potty. He goes to the door and sits to wait when he needs to go out. Which, that's something he did on his own, we didn't teach him that. So that's worked out well!! He and my husband have a lot of fun working with the pheasant scent and dummies. He points well and our families get a kick out of watching him point his pheasant wings. And here are some new pics of him. He's 4 months old as of Dec 28! Glad thing are going well with him! He has grown a lot. I am impressed with the pictures of him with the two dachi's, how did you get them all to be still for a picture?! LOL. I know about the wether, we are in the same boat, we only lost power for about 6 hours though. We still have ice on all o the gravel roads (translate that to all the roads for those of you not familar with rural IA!).

Getting them to all sit still can be hard! You just have to make sure you take the picture quick otherwise they'll all wander off. LOL.

Shan thanks for sharing - how exciting for you to see him grow up. He is a total luvvie!! What habits is he picking up from the other dogs?

One habit he has picked up from Buster and Jake is trying to walk on the furniture. Buster and Jake usually sit on top of our couch and look out the window. And they're small (Buster is 10 lbs and Jake is 14 lbs). Then there's Bo who tries to sit up there with them and it just doesn't work....he's too big. He's been pretty good about listening though. Jake likes that Bo has a lot of energy like him...so they'll run around the house chasing each other. Buster is a more lazy lap dog and will usually just sit and watch them run around after each other. Sometimes he'll run with them, but not usually.
