OKAY!! 8.5 week old puppy. I just got her last Friday. So I have not had a chance to get any books or DVD's yet. I do however have a few quail wings and a fishing pole. here is what happens

!. She will totally blitz the line and sack the QB.

2. She will point with either he front leg or her rear leg up. I particularly like the rear leg point and think I could start my own line of rear legg pointer products.LOL then will cautiously approach the wing stopping to point every couple of steps. This is by far the longest duration of time she is into the wing.

3. She will point for few seconds then walk to the wing.

As soon as she looks like she is going to the wing I snap it up and let it fall behind her, so untill I get some training material (with Christmas coming it will all be here later, I've been dropping hints) What do I do to reward her. I know she is a tiny young thing and we have other things to work on now but this is sorta cool to see her point.  What is her motivation to keep pointing and what does she want when she does right. Found a post with all the replies saying not to use wings but live pidgeons. How in the heck am I supposed to take care of these darn things too. I thought that this was going to be fun, but darn if I have to start chasing down sky rats out in the hills I'm going to have a heart attack.
