It's been seriously too long since I went through this!

Xara is out cold in her crate, I'm ready for bed. Should I just let her sleep tonight and not try to take her out for the night? Or should I take her out so her bladder isn't pushing on her incision?

I would take her out too. Both of you will sleep better if she goes out now.

It's the next morning now so too late for me to say it too - but I always found that post-op dogs need to pee a lot due to all the fluids they are getting in the hospital.

Otherwise, definitely let her sleep, even today, as much as she wants. Sleep aids recovery. Also let her eat (or not) at her discretion. I bet she'll be back to normal tonight.

To live without dogs would mean accepting a form of blindness. [Thomas McGuane]

She did good. She slept through the night until 5:30 this morning which was fine because that's when Dave gets up for work anyhow. She had her breakfast and held that down and I just took her out again.
About to give her a snack so I can give her her pain meds and let her sleep for the day. Shes' moving MUCH better this morning and is letting me pick her up and carry her down the steps to go potty.
