I've been bringing Koda into work the last three days, and she has been an angel for the most part. She's been sleeping a lot, but she'll get up and play with her toys, chew her bone, and greet my coworkers. She whines a little when I step out to use the restroom or get coffee, but I come back and tell her 'Shh' and she quiets down. She did give a warning bark when the mailman came to drop off the mail. This is a new development. My boss is out of town this week, so I wanted a trial run to see how she would do and see if I could stay focused on work. I may ask him next week if he doesn't mind her coming in once in a while. The building manager has dogs and loves when she comes in. Hopefully she'll stay sleeping during my conference call.
Thats a good option to have. For me to avoid long hours away from home I work from home some. When I am on a call it never fails, Buddy sees a something or someone out the window and the barks start flying.
Queen is 15 wks now and we take her on every job sight so far. It will take some time before she understands that we are WORKING.
I brought Cooper into work with me this Friday (today) and last Friday. He's been insanely good, too. Here he is chillin' with his toys. But he did his fair share of sleeping on the job- just like Koda.
I own a pet sitting service and have 5 people that work with me. The clients love it when we bring our dogs to work. It's the best of both worlds. Their pups get a good workout and so do ours.
