We get to go while my boys are in school and pick up the puppy tomorrow at noon!!!
I know Blitz has been around lots of dogs and puppies and hasn't shown any signs of aggression so I am not worried about that, but I just hope he will give the puppy some space cuz he hasn't been with one quite so little!
I keep telling Blitz tomorrow you won't be the baby anymore you will have to be the big brother, LOL!
We can hardly wait! |

| Can't wait to see pictures. I bet the kids are excited too. Just remember to give Blitz lots of attention so he doesn't feel left out. |

I have the same thoughts on my mind, Buddy developed a play technique playing with our cat, since our cat has claws Buddy uses his long front legs to try to pin her to the ground. I'm sure he won't do that with the pup, I hope.

Yes the boys are super excited! They wanted us to go get him while they are in school so that when they get home they see him right away, they don't want to get home and then have to go pick him up!
I will make sure I still give Blitz lots of lovin's! I have to make sure he stays happy so he stays behaving like a good dog so Donner can learn from him

Here are some pictures of Belle when I brought Halo home and Belle and Halo when I brought Ringo home. I was amazed at the patience and gentleness. So hopefully these will make you feel better.
Belle sharing a tug toy with Halo on Day 1
Belle and Ringo sharing a bone on Ringo's 1st day home.
Halo and Ringo napping together on the 2nd day. Ok, Halo was napping and Ringo was waiting for Halo to get up and play some more.
Belle dealing with puppy needle teeth after Ringo was home for about a week. She quickly learned to pin him to the ground with her mouth and gently hold him there until he stopped biting.
The gang playing their favorite game, tug, together. Ringo had been home for about a week. They still love three way tug, but it is much rougher now.

how exciting!!!!!!! I bet that Blitz will LOVE being an older brother and having someone to play with and rough house with!
awwww I love those pics of Belle, Halo and Ringo! You have no idea how much I wish my dogs all got along and could play like that *sigh* dang springers anyhow! LOL |

Congrats on new puppy. Hope you sleep ok tonight. I would be so excited,would be hard for me to sleep from anticipation excitement.
Great puppy Halo and puppy Ringo pics. Love the tug of war pic. Fun to see another tug of war pic now when older!!! |
