We found this little girl wandering alone near our house on the road. No collar but microchipped to the Bellevue City Pound. We have her until someone claims her! Or find her a home! We are calling her Lucy for now. She is underweight but defiantly has had bird training. Very sweat maybe a little older? Not sure about that.
