I am so sorry you are going through this I would sure file charges also I sure hope they learn their lessen and hopefully you can find out where they stole your info from. Could they have found your dogs info online? Via AKC or pedigree databases I know if you have the registered name of a dog you can look up their AKC numbers and that on the AKC website could they have done that? I sure hope you figure it out and find out how they got your info I am so sorry you are having to fight with this during Christmas.

While I understand your desire to want to take care of this yourself.. DO NOT be the one to serve the papers and do not take your dog there. This is a safety issue... You don't know if these are people who think they are just pulling the wool over customer's eyes or professional crooks who can become violent when exposed. Your safety is worth the extra cost of having the police serve the papers for you.

| Well whats scary to think is that if that person had not contacted you excited about the breeding you would have never known. Maybe breeders and champion dog owners should be googling their dogs names on occasion to make sure something like this doesn't ever go by them...just a thought. I hope all goes well. |

| Thank you all for your encouraging words. I am not personally serving the papers and not taking Bailey over there until the court date. Papers will be served tomorrow so this should be interesting. I will keep you all updated on what is going on. |

| I apologize I haven't been updating you all about what is going on. I do not have the URL to the ad because it has been deleted from the website (thankfully). So the papers were served to the frauds Thursday the 24th letting them know that they are due in court January 27th for fraud and forgery. It is moving really fast and I am happy about that. I am ready to put this behind us... I feel bad for ruining their Christmas but they ruined mine... So ya this should be exciting. They lost their dogs and I am in the middle of contacting all of the people that they have sold puppies to. Hurray... not... I will keep you updated as the info comes in... I am planning on nailing this couple hard with this... |

| They are located in Spokane. I am hoping that it comes up in court how they got ahold of my information. the AKC has been really good about this too so that is a relief... |

It would not surprise me if both the bitch and stud were fraudulently represented. I am really interested on how this all plays out. What kind of response are you getting from those people that you have contacted that had already purchased a puppy from them?
I would not be surprised if the people that bought puppies end up filing suits against them.
I know if I bought a puppy from someone and then found out that the puppy was not from the lines that it was represented to be... I would be extremely angry.
I do hope that you are able to find out how they got ahold of your information. Keep us posted. |

| Sorry I haven't updated in awhile. So yes the court date is this Wednesday... Nothing really to update you about that hasn't already been said. There will be more information to tell you after Wednesday. All of Bailey's papers, documents, and EVERYTHING oner her possible is all prepared. Lawyer says the judge will probably just ask us to show proof that my Bailey is who I say she is and that these people are using my papers illegally. Then I guess we listen to excuses from the idiotic backyard breeders. I got all the of the peoples information who bought puppies from the couple selling the fake puppies and contacted each one of them and I think a majority of them are also pressing charges. So it will be really interesting to see what comes of this! The puppies that were sold have been vet checked and the vet says that she can say with 90% positiveness that the puppies are GSP... But what exactly does that mean lol. I do not know anything about the stud because it was there's and I didn't get paper work on him... So other then that ask question that I may have left out that I can answer but I will DEFIANTLY let you all know how it goes Wednesday. This month and next month are really crazy for me spent a week in Hawaii two weeks ago for work, then Ireland for two weeks next month, and then back to Hawaii in March so things are a bit crazy at the moment. Hope all is well with the rest of the GSP's in the world!!! |

wow...that would be disappointing to get a puppy thats not exactly what you wanted, because someone lied to you. Then again...at least every one loves puppies in general, Im sure the families will still be more than happy with their new babies

| Sorry I haven't updated. I didn't go because I didn't feel like I could be "civil" with having to face the people so I was represented... Anyways first time offense for these people they got a huge fine, all there animals taking away, community service, and probation from having any animals... So it turned out good... better than all the other people who get away with it and nothing happening. So glad that is behind us... Not something I ever want to go threw or anyone else... |

| First, congrats on a win. As painful as it was, you probably saved allot of dogs with your actions. Did you ever find out how they got your dogs info or why they used it? Did they have any story? Just curious. Will their dogs go into rescue and hopefully find good homes? |

| The people that bought puppies are keeping them. And I know of three of the couples are pressing charges. and their other dogs I am not sure what is happening or how it is working... It is still a case that is not "closed" or whatever so not much has been disclosed about all of that information. I am defiantly glad to have that behind me and pray that they do not every own an animal again! |
