have your vet check it out and do a scraping if needed. Looks like a dermatitis of some sort. My Hailey had something similar and I ran to the vet in a panic...turned out she was seeking something under the skirting on the deck and was scraping her muzzle each time she was there...cleared up in just a few days with ointment.
