| Thanx for the comments! The vet has told me he will be on the big side of their breed...every part of that 70 pounds! However the vet also told me he is the calmest one he has ever had in his office! I usually take him out running before the vet so I think that helps! He loves zipping around the yard and with the leaves down and making crinkling noises as he ran he just couldn't stop! |

| I so wish we had a lake! We have a small pool that he did swim in a bit before we closed it up for winter...but a lake would be much more fun! |

I think Blitz is going to be big like our Rocky.Twenty seven inches tall at the withers!!! Never have to bend down to hang onto the GSP collar when that tall!! |

| He's a nice looking dog. And he has a lot to keep him busy. |

| Thanx for the compliments...we think he is a cutie! The vet has yet to measure him so maybe Friday I will ask the vet to measure him. I think so far we have been able to keep him busy cuz he crashes at night...Anywhere from 7:30 -8:30pm he falls asleep on the couch and then around 9:30 - 10:00 I wake him up to have him go outside which involves a lot of stretching and moaning before getting up...then he goes off to his cage for the night...school days I wake him (or the alarm does) at 6:30, but weekends he wakes me at 7:30! |

When it comes to waking up I think we are the most blessed family in the world. When we got Haiko,at 4.5 months old, he would sleep from sunset to sunrise,as he got older he wakes up but does not wake us up. Bregon will go into his kennel or on the rug, which he will eventually enter the kennel on his own, around 7-7:30 and stay there until I take him out usually around 7am for a walk then I put him back in to take my daughter to school and he doesn't want to come out until about 11ish and then bothers me to eat. Don't even think about waking him around 9 or so in the evening for a last minute tinckle, the dog just ain't getting up! Neighbors don't realize we have dogs until they see them. Francine |

| Today at the vet Blitz weighed in at 31.9 pounds at 16 weeks old....they said at about 4 months you can double their weight and get about what full size they will weigh....he is 16 weeks but was born on June 26 so officially 4 months is a little over a week away...so let's say he weighs 32 pounds then x 2 would be 64 pounds....so he should at least be that full grown.... |
