Phoenix is working on another title this weekend. We are working on our weight pull title. She did her first competition pull tonight to get the 1st of of 3 needed qualifying pulls to get her title. We will pull again tomorrow and on Sunday so we should have her United Weight Pull title on Sunday. Wooo hooo!

Good news! Your in-harness adventures will most likely NOT involve skunks. So far we've only had a few close calls this season, but I fear without bells on the dogs our luck will be up soon... we're training on the scooter instead of the cart this season since I'm down to 2 dogs, and it's unfortunately as quiet as a bike. Which means we're 'sneaking up' on more stuff at night.

We got our second weight pull leg today so will finish out tomorrow as long as she does as well as she has been all weekend. Phoenix also won the champion class so she got a Total Dog award today as well. My American Pitbull Terrier pulled a new personal best today of 3399 for a 66.64 times her body weight. And that is with out much conditioning at all! We had a fun day.
