So good of you to adopt a senior dog. Not many would do so. I'm sorry for your loss but you can take comfort in the fact that you gave him a great home when no one else probably would have.

It's hard to say goodbye to them. RIP Tucker.

Shared with my friend Gayle of Tuckers passing and she gives you a big hug, glad you gave him such a fine home. Gayle would always comment she couldn't believe a Senior GSP Tucker held interest in retrieving a tennis ball at his age comparing him to her Monty who showed no interest in toys and things at Saluki Senior age. Tucker did prove to all, that GSPs keep their puppy spirit thur their entire life. So happy too, you adopted a Senior to give him a comfortable home for the rest of his earthly life. Deep prayers sympathy for you and your family at this time of your loss.

Our baby boy, may you rest in peace, knowing you were well loved.  Obit will go on WGSPR.com this weekend.  Thank you Alice and Ron.  If it weren't for you, Tucker may not have gotten the rest of his life.  xxoo

He had his tennis ball that morning, made it so hard, he still wanted to play even if he fell down & could even see the ball, such a goofy ole man, we really miss him.

Sincerest Condolences Alice. I remember when Tucker came to your home and it just doesn't seem long enough ago.

Money will buy a fine dog, but only kindness will make him wag his tail.
