With the heat steady climbing i decided to pull out the kiddie pool this afternoon.  As you can tell lilly absolutely loves it, Lola well....not so much. But she does get in and cool off. Anyways heres some pics of the girls enjoying the summer.

Oh they are sooooo cute! Bo is the same way as Lola ... will go in the pool to get something, but doesn't want to get all wet. Now, if we're near a stinky, reddy, germy swamp ... well that's another story ALL together :D

yep, the staler and stinkier the better. She loves to swim around the grasses that stick out of the water and bite at them. And lilly is practically a fish, dog just swims cause she can.

Ringo and Halo are like Lilly. Love to swim for the pure pleasure of swimming. Belle on the other hand has to be on a mission like retrieving something.

You may have dock jumper on your hands with lilly. Probably the first brittany who would be a dock jumper if you tried it!

i noticed her form as well.....hopefully we'll get her to the lake or down to the beach soon and see if she'll do it. we don't really have a place close by. there should be parks for dogs with lakes and docks!

I agree with Moose, Lilly may become a dock jumper!!  Just fun to see dogs who love the water and just plunge in. Do you worry about puctures with claws on a blow up pool?? Always had our dogs in hard plastic pools, so don't know how long a ringer blow up would last? Great water pics. Makes the heat waves seem a little cooler.

I love seeing pics of thier adventures! What an awesome duo - and I love the pic of Lilly in the pool with the ball looking like "C'mon, try to get the ball from me!!"
