This dog, Lucky, lives nest door to my Grandparents house, but he is over there so much he is practically thier dog. We wonder wht he may be mixed with. He kinda looks like there is some GSP in there... what do you think??

EP = English Pointer?? He is about 7 or 8 years old. Very Sweet!

The brindle pattern on his head tells me catahoula or pit bull. My guess is pointer (head shape) and either pit or catahoula.

There's a reason I like dogs better'n people... .

The build (take a look at the tail) and coloring also could indicate a Dalmatian or a Bluetick Coonhound in there somewhere too. I wasn't sure if the head had brindling or not, but if so I agree with Wildrose on the Catahoula. Maybe some GSP, but I think more the Catahoula, Dalmatian, Bluetick Coonhound. I don't see any features of a pit, so I am thinking not so likely on the pit.

I can definately see dalmation like the head. Looks pretty small width in the chest to be pit.

I don't see any pit. I agree with the EP, Dalmation GSP but the brindle/side head shape leads me to think maybe some greyhound as well. Carrie

I see Greyhound and something? the tail throws a lot of breeds out. There is no way of knowing if the parents were pure bred.

Carrie i agree, i think hes got the greyhound head and he does have the greyhound color... but looks a mix of lab, greyhound more than a any forum of a pointer if you ask me.
