Well we are getting ready for Lucy Lab pup coming to stay for 4 nights beginning thurday 1-29th So we hauled the 2nd dog bed in our bedroom  already. Bought 20 new tennis balls as Lucy loves to play ball too. Last time Rocky saw Lucy was for swimming lessons last summer. She was about 6 months at that time. She is now 11 months old as Feb 28th will be her first birthday. So I will post a few pics of her from last summer now. And will post new pics of her when she arrives for her 4 day visit. I will post them from time to time so you can see how and if we survive all the action our house will become. Rocky may be a little jealous as he is an only child GSP

OK, Here is Lucy Lab 11 months old after me coming home at 11:30 tonight with my husband letting the dogs having a blast in our livingroom. Yes stuffing all over

You can see things are a little tipped over To be expected Just going to love having Lucy Lab for a 4 day visit

Having Lucy Lab here has made me realize what a good boy he is and how well he and I are connected. See Lucy is a Lab who is crated when her parents are at work all day. So she is here with no crate and is realizing a dog life without a crate. She has alot of pup in her. So has been enjoying alot of Rocky's puppy toys he never pays attention to being such a young dog at 11 months old. Woke yesterday with her licking my face. She is laying on the bathroom rug while I shower. Never had a dog do that. Although it is a break in our whole life routine, I think it is good to keep another dog for a short while as you can learn so much about yourself and see how the dog reacts to another dog in house. I have seen sides of Rocky I have never seen in a positive way keeping Lucy for these 4 days

Invited our son Dennis &Nichole with with their 2 dogs, Jackson and Ella and had a WINTERFEST DOGGY PARTY with Rocky and Lucy

We chucked tennisballs to all 4 dogs and they loved it Two Labs, Golden Retriever and one GSP At our WINTERFEST
