Ring (Madrone Southwind Chime) and Fritz (Gamble's Odyssey Fritz) puppies arrived on Friday.  There were 4 males and 6 females.  I am getting pick of the males.  I like White boy (his face is adorable), but of course it is too early to tell how they will look.  Here is a link to the pictures of the litter.

Make it easy on yourself.  Just take them all!  They are adorable.

pattyl:  That is why I am not breeding Halo.  I know I would never be able to part with all the puppies (nobody would be good enough). So, next best thing is getting another one from Halo's breeder .

I am hoping to get to visit at least once before going down to get Ringo.  That is what we did with Halo.  Molly (my breeder) has a really good eye for shorthairs, so I will listen to her too. She told me that she thought Halo (purple girl at the time) would be the best female in that litter and (although I am a bit prejudiced ) I think she was right.  She tried to get her son to take purple girl, but he had his heart set on hot pink girl instead.  Turns out whenever they are in the ring together the judges consistently place Halo over her sister.  Hot pink has a patch on her back that makes her look sway back (even though she really has a nice top line).  Anyway, Molly is going to keep the top female in this litter and I will get the top male .

Still looking for input on the males.  The breeder says Light Blue is small, but already is showing personality and really latches on to momma.

Only 7 more weeks????  I would be going bonkers about now. I know when I was doing my count down I could hardly contain myself. Drove alot of my friends and family crazy.

I think the white male has the cutest spots.  But what do I know?  I'm the one who said take them all!

pattyl:  I like white boy too.  Have from day one.  Just love the spots.  I also like light green.  Both white and light green have nice faces.  The breeder says light blue has the attitude and pushes the others out of the way to eat.  Sigh...it is fun speculating, but to close to call right now.  Just 7 more weeks.  Patience is a virtue.  Maybe if I say it enough.

Three week pictures are on the web.  Still going to be a tough decision, but I still like White, Light Green and Light Blue in that order.  What do you think?
