I have two, both GSPs. We used to have a kitty, but I had to find her a new home when I got Layla the Kitty Killer.

Daniel will be 6 in August & Layla is 2.

We have 4 GSP's:

Boomer will be 6 in July

Copper will be 3 in July

Rebel is 8 1/2 months

Turbo is 15 weeks

They are all house dogs and I think we have room for 2 more, but 2 "pups" are enough for now

I have three. Two girls, Jazzie and Lacey and their dad, Snoopy, who is white with chocolate ears, a big white blaze and a big chocolate spot. Jazzie and Lacey are half sisters.

We also have two cats. Once we trained the dogs not to treat the cats as prey, the cats pretty much rule the roost, which is pretty funny.

I only had one for a while, but now I don't know how I ever lived with just one. Two is perfect, they tire each other out... although the bed gets a little claustrophobic when the blanket hogs stretch out!

Two human kids, Traeli who is almost 6 y.o. and Jaxson who is nearly 3 y.o. Cera (pronounced Sara, it's The Land Before Time style), our female GSP, turned 4 in Jan and Luke, our male GSP, turned 2 in March. Eeyore the cat turned 9 in January and A,B,C,D,E & F (the goldfish!) are 2.5 now. It's a bit wild around here sometimes, as you might have guessed...but never, ever boring!

Trampas & Elizabeth, Traeli (5 y.o.), Jaxson (2 y.o.), Cera (4 y.o. GSP), Luke (2 y.o. GSP) & Eeyore (9 y.o. cat)

I have just Spencer, the GSP, who's about 9 months and a 3 year old oriental cat, Polly. My house feels like a zoo sometimes, so I can't imagine all of your houses with multiple dogs and cats...

Mit- that's how it starts with one. I got Mocha and 3 years later I got Hunter, then 8 months later I rescued Belle. Then about 2 years after that we had the "suprise" litter and ended up keeping 2 of them. So we have 5 inside right now. I am trying to get another in a couple years. Hopefully my wife will agree.

I have five, plus one who is currently leased to friends for breeding. They include Emma (matriarch at almost 10) and mom of Kate (6 and leased) and Ziggy (almost 4). Skye is 9 and mom to Hailey, almost 2. And then there is young Rico, 6 months and going back to my foundation bitch lines.... Emma and Skye are half-sisters and are Hero daughters....

So, you see GSP's ARE like potato chips...you can't have just one :)

Best wishes,
Phyllis and the singltrak Furtribe
