I am so sorry for your loss.....I can't imagine what it must be like to loose a pup like that!

Took ole Maggiemum to the vet for deciding about shots Sat. My vet in Milwaukee, Wi said maybe two months ago, they had a pup in with distemper, so she highly suggested since I have rescue dogs coming thru my house, not to take any chances, even with an OLD dog. So I didn't, Maggie got her distemper, minus parvo, booster. AND should have her anal glands removed, because of all her "episodes" with abcesses in the last year. Est is $500-750- GOOD GOD! Well, I can wack alot off that bill with all the extras they offer, and get it down to about $300 I think, and trust me we have spent over $700 already in one year on emergency room visits for that issue, so she's getting it done. Back on antibiotics for now. It's always something....
