I have had a vet diagnose an ear infection in my dog as a Yeast infection. In breeds like Setters with long hanging ears this seems to be a common problem.

 I have tried a number of vet recommended cures as well as some others and nothing has worked well.  Does anyone on this list have anything that has worked well for them?
