The real bureaucracy is the hording of the people's bandwidth by the government. Government should work
for the people, not the other way around.

They could probably find Canada if they drove north across the border and had
available a Garmin GPS.  The Large sign announcing the presence of the new country
might be sufficient give-a-way too!

I called Garmin. They were pretty vague, mumbling something about emergency
services etc. Not very helpfull at all. Not sure if they could find Canada
on a map of...Canada.
