Is it your experience that soft dogs with a lesser amount of "prey drive" or "game sharpnes", usually also recognised by less metal stamina to search on empty grounds and with a closer rangeing and perhaps more will to please/cooperate, will settle faster from the habit of chasing, compared to hotter, more independet dogs with a lot of mental stamina/less need of support from the handler?
