I will not give any tips about that because you must learn to do it properly and the best way to learn it is to go to a gym and learn there. If not you will be both sore and sorry.
 
I was lucky to learn it during a period from say 1974 - 1979 when I trained in order to improve a weak back. In those days they did not have any music at the gyms and it was peaceful to train with friends that you could TALK to. Today I would not put my foot in a gym, not even with a hearing protection. I have set up a very small "compact gym" in our basement. It do not have to be big, complicated and/or expensive.

I guess so. At least it did not show its steaks in the afternoon when I sat in the hide for 2,5 hours. I could go one more time tonight but I have not decided yet. A cup of coffee might clear the situation...
