If not you will be both sore and sorry. I was lucky to learn it during a period from say 1974 - 1979 when I trained in order to improve a weak back. In those days they did not have any music at the gyms and it was peaceful to train with friends that you could TALK to. Today I would not put my foot in a gym, not even with a hearing protection. I have set up a very small "compact gym" in our basement.
