Just asked Hubby about the May 15th date.  As an AA employee for 36 years, he said that the rule is not "date" any longer.  It's the temperature.  We had that problem, as many of you know, going to Phoenix last month.  We had to leave later from NY to get there at night. So as long as the shipping is at night or early in the AM, It can be done.

 

true for commercial airlines. if pilots n paws were involved, i'm not sure they are confined by the same rules, but i defer to anyone who has better info than i.

I received a personal email from the SW Rescue & they are setting up a Paypal account for donations for this particular dog.  Missy Neal wrote the very same information on the gsp-l.

 

I am planning to send a donation thru my Paypal account so that this dog can be saved, transported and fostered.  I am sure that if there are any leftover funds, they can be funneled back into the GSPCA rescue or local rescue organizations.

 

Just waiting for the Paypal info to get the money sent.  I am sure that Missy will post to the gsp-l when that account is set up.
