Yes I had seen this.  It is difficult to fathom what it would be like to see this place in person once it is in operation.  How very sad for these dogs.  There is really no need in this county to mass produce dogs.  If you have ever been to a “flea market” in the south . . . that just breaks my heart as well.  Nothing but mass produced puppies for sale, many health issues and of course, they do not bring the sire and dam for anyone to see, because they are so under socialized and unkept.
