Here are the AKC Agility Rankings for 6/30/06
through 6/30/07 ****
Congratulations to top 5 GSPs who will receive an
invitation to compete in the AKC Agility Invitational in Dec 07
Here is the explanation from AKC site:
"The AKC Agility Invitational report lists the top
dogs ranked in Agility events and is based on the Top MACH Dog formula (Double
Q's x 10) + MACH (Master Agility Championship) points that dogs have earned
during the qualifying period. Dogs must have competed and qualified in Regular
Excellent B classes and the top five (5) ranked dogs of each breed will be
included on these reports. If there are not five (5) dogs ranked from the
Regular Excellent B classes, dogs will be ranked based on the number of double
Q's from the Preferred Excellent B classes that were earned during the
qualifying period. The reports will automatically sort the dogs
alphabetically."
I encourage all breeders to suggest for all
future puppy owners at least a basic obedience and agility class for their young
dogs. As you can see from the list below, there are many beautiful, talent
and athletic dogs competing in agility - the fastest growing dog
sport. The versatility of this wonderful breed makes it all possible.
