We are pleased to announce that Jason has added another Champion to his list !!

On July 4th, Burrdees Red Rock Mambo Mama, CGC finished her championship at the Naugatuck Valley KC show in Springfield, Ma.

Lovingly shown to perfection by her owner, Laura Farrell (RedRock GSP's), "Sophia" made Independence Day extra special for Laura, and real easy for us grandparents to remember her finishing date :)

Kept in the classes the next day to hold the major (which apparently ended up breaking anyway), and handled by a friend of Laura's, she went WB again, and then bumped up to take a BOS at the Farmington Valley KC, she was "certainly running on all cylinders this past week !!!

Champion number 39 for her dad, and deserving of some steak for his genetic contribution ......

Champion BURRDEES REDROCK RUMBA MAMA, CGC
(CH UnWillyn Trickadekaphobia X CH Kelanes Burrdee Q Anns Lace, JH)

Congrats to breeder Valerie Luchsinger on another "Lacey" champion !!

Congrats to Sophia and proud 'mom' Laura.  Remember when we picked out our own little girl from the Jason/Lacey litter (CH. BurrDee Winterburn MayaKarma JH) Sophia stood out from all the others...she was a wild one, full of spirit and fun, and never slowed down to catch her breath.  I knew she'd have no trouble getting around that show ring!!!

And this is a good opportunity for those of us who chose puppies from this litter  to thank Valerie Luchsinger and Paul and Andi Owens.  All the work that goes into getting a single quality litter on the ground, finding the best homes, and giving all the mentoring support...this was a case of wonderful teamwork.  And of course, we felt very proud to have our 2nd Jason puppy, this time bringing in some interesting Odyssey bloodlines on the granddam's side.

Kudos to all!

The buyers and the dogs aren't the only winners.  CJ and Laura have become very dear friends and deserve the credit for all the time and effort they have put into training and finishing multiple titles on their dogs.  We are so proud of them (and I only had to promise CJ half my Lotto winnings for that email :)  Thanks to them, all of all promises and assurances did come true!  Whew!

I just want to say how proud I am to have a daughter of Jason. Sophia has fulfilled all of my dreams and takes my breath away. Thank you Paul and Andi for all of your support and encouragement.
Thank you to Mary Lou Tobias for handling Sophia to her second day win.
Thank you to Janet McMillan-Zwirko for dancing Sophia to her BOS win. I think I saw sparks behind her going around that ring!
Thank you to breeder Val Luchsinger.
You guys Rock!
