Just one shorthair and one lab mix. The town limit without a kennel license is 4. goldfish & 4 koi in the pond, my gsps think the fish are birds under water with fins sigh I am thanking my lucky stars that the dogs have no interest in the koi. It's hard enough keeping the herons out of there. I think I'd have to fill the pond in if the dogs got interested!

How many GSPs do you have living IN your house? 3 adults How many GSPs + other breeds do you have living IN your house? 3 GSPs + 2 adult Shelties + one indoor cat How many dogs are "illegally" living in your house (over your town/city allowed limit)? No Dog limit. I just finished caring for a friend's 10-week old Flatcoat pup for ten days while she was away. I am cured of any desire for a puppy for a couple of years! Eleanor in NJ

I was really surprised to see how many people don't have to worry about a legal limit on their dogs. After 20 years of having a licensed kennel, I am now living in a community where the CC&Rs limit you to 2 dogs and 2 cats. So, I have 2 GSPs and 2 very rare "gsp cats" and one 14-1/2 year old senior! Bark collars work..... Two GSP's in the house - One Doberman - in the house - One Fila Brasileiro - in the house - No limit on how many dogs I can have - we own 40 acres and can't see the nearest neighbor!! I love the UP....lol Oh - and 5 house cats. Two Siamese, and three from good neighborhoods....lol

Several are old rescues I took in knowing they would never find a home. So they are living in my house, sleeping on my couch and enjoying life. They are no problem and except for an occasional trip out to potty, they just stay inside. My neighbors don't mind and enjoy seeing all the dogs out playing in our fenced in area. I do live out in the country and have 18 acres fully fenced. Judy Greenfield In

How many GSPs + other breeds do you have living IN your house? "Just" the 7

How many dogs are "illegally" living in your house (over your town/city allowed limit)? I'm licensed as a kennel - but have 1 more than they know - a pup from the last litter that I can't find the right home for. More than 3 in Anchorage requires a kennel license to be legal.

I'm just trying to see how many other dog junkies there are out there to console my insanity on adding a fifth to my house. Three's my limit so I'm licensing dogs to my mom, who lives next door. My two old boys can't hunt, or hunt much, anymore and I'm way overdue for a puppy!!! Nothing like a small bundle of trouble to keep you hopping! LOL
