I'm an avid hunter looking for a GSP pup (preferably female) before the end of June.  I would prefer NAVHDA/FC/NFC and OFA certified.  I really can't spend more than $800 at the most and would prefer it either be in Oregon or one of the neighboring states where I could drive to pick up.  Appreciate you guys taking the time to read this.  Thanks.

Hey, thanks a bunch but they're $200 more than I can spend.  I really can only spend $800 tops.  Thanks though.

 Thanks Pixie!

The sire IS an incredible dog! Orie, the mother, is no slouch either.
DuckFever if you could come and meet the dogs you would be very impressed with their calmness, drive, versatility, and cooperation! Both parents are incredibly wonderful family and avid hunting dogs. We do not have the male here, he resides in Calgary, AB but he will be in Spokane, WA on April 26th - 29th and can be seen there. If interested in seeing him feel free to contact me for information on where and when. This is Orie:

Thanks again,

Thanks for the help and sorry it's been a while. I ended up going through Hard Point Kennels down in California. I have second pick male out of 4 males. Will pick up on May 15 with updates. Thanks again for all the help.

Your handle is duckfever.
Are you an avid duck hunter?
Asking b/c the kennel you posted does not say anything about duck hunting or water work/training.It looks strictly to be upland hunting.
Also, I did not see mention of hip testing or other health clearances.
Also, do they test their dogs in a hunting venue?
Do any of their buyers test pups they have purchased from them?

An unbiased 3rd party evaluation goes a long way.

Congratulations on the new pup.

I am in fact an avid duck and upland hunter. They only Field Trial, but the breeder, sire and dam are waterfowl hunters, while specializing in upland. They are OFA cert. and have stocked pedigrees of FC and NFC. References were good. The dogs are somewhat rangy but lock solid on point, from what I've learned, talking to people who have owned dogs from the sire/dam. Choosing a pup in about a week. Looking for a bold but not hard-headed pup. Thanks for the input.
