New to the forum here. Seems like a bunch of nice folks.
My husband and I have fallen in love with the disposition, athleticism, and look of GSPs, and would love to welcome one into our family. We love going for jogs and camping and hunting, and feel like a gsp would fit well with our lifestyle.
We live in Garland, TX (suburb of Dallas). We specifically would like a male (pup, adolescent, or adult) liver-ticked (not black-ticked) w/ liver patches. The primary color is liver on top of a grayish or liver/whitish coat (that's pretty picky, I know...).
We would like to see the dog in person before purchase to determine overall personality fit, so within a 400 mile radius of Dallas is preferable (or within 100 miles of Wichita, KS).
Gun-broke a plus, but not a necessity.
If you or someone you know is selling a dog or dogs that show these characteristics, I would be very grateful for any info/suggestions.
