These boys have been heavily socialized and get along well with other dogs, they love people and attention. In the field they have “get up and go”, great noses and know how to use them. They have had quite a bit of field time but have no formal field training yet but now that work has slowed up a bit they will be starting on yard work. Had some long work days but here are a couple of pictures I have access to, will post more from home.
Spot
Spot is energetic and really wants to please. He has been a little slower to mature but is putting it together. In the field he listens well, hunts and points hard and retrieved to hand on the times he has been shot over. He is a good natured boy, loves attention and has a good time no matter what he is doing. Spot has two legs towards his JH.
Zero
Zero is a little more layed back at home but all business in the field and a serious hunter. He tries to please but can be a little more stubborn sometimes, wanting to do things his way. Zero is a thinker, and needs a challenge, his biggest fault is that he is a bit of an escape artist.
Spot has started whoa training, is doing well and he really wants to please. He will make a great hunting/family dog, he’s a sweetheart and loves everyone. He’s doing great in the field, hunts with you, adjusts his range depending on cover and has a super nose. Spot is definately looking forward to opening day of bird season!
Zero is at Walnut Hill for training, will post updates once we see how he progresses.
