Sadie has returned to us after 12 days away.  In the end, it was a lot for my parents to bear.  They have stray cats around the house, and that combined with the bird-feaders meant Sadie was at the door...  A LOT!  Also combined with the fact that they couldn't really let her run like she likes to... well...  she was chomping at the bit, and causing havoc (in the form of such things as eating half of a sheet cake - German Chocolate, of course!).  So, my Parents were chomping at the bit as well - to get her back home!

All's well that ends well - Dad and I plan on a hunt tomorrow!  It will be interesting to see how she reacts without training for the last 12 days.  Wish us luck!
